    我們對員工、同事、客戶和供貨商一視同仁,與他們的關系都是同樣重要。只有在相互平等的伙伴關系的基礎上我們才可以與之保持長久的合作。
    質量與服務不是一句空話。我們在每個工作環節上都進行密切合作,為我們的合作伙伴提供安全可靠的服務。
    一旦產生不同意見時,我們和每個相關人員一起找出原因,并尋求公正的解決方法。但如果通過我們的努力還是不能達成一致意見時,在必要的時候我們亦可婉言拒絕。
    我們不靠奪取他人利益而獲利,而是靠團隊合作精神達到共同的目的。我們為每一次成功而歡慶,也從每一次失敗中吸取教訓。
    我們把自己視為公眾的一部分,重視對外形象,在生產基地與睦鄰和當地政府創造良好關系。
The Base of Cooperation
    We treat the employees, colleagues, consumers and suppliers equally without discrimination and the relationship with them are equally important. Only on the base of equal partnership relationship, we can maintain a long-term cooperation.
    Service and quality will not indulge in idle talk only. We provide safe and reliable services to our cooperated partners by carrying out close cooperation on every working links.
    Once there is a difference in opinions, we will find out the cause together with the person concerned and seek for a fair solution. However, if there is no unanimity reached with our endeavor, we will say no at the right moment with gentle words.
    We make profits and achieve common goal with the spirit of team cooperation instead of capturing the interest of others. We celebrate every success as well as learn a lesson from every failure.
    We consider ourselves as part of the public. We are serious about our image externally and building a good relationship with production base, neighbors and also local government.


企業組織和領導

    為發揮企業每位員工的個性,XX公司把企業組織結構最簡化。我們不畏懼變革,而是倡導變革。必要的規章制度不是桎梏,而是企業自由的基礎。
    我們的思維應是全局性的,而不是局部性的,我們所有的措施都是針對全局的。
    我們的海外子公司自行經營,總部為其提供一切可能的幫助,并用我們的理念激勵他們,而不是要改變其民族信仰和文化。
    領導層不應該把員工看成單純的勞力,而是有個性的人。領導層應因其所能,并為其發展提供條件。"領導"在XX公司的含義是:說服人,信任人,只有這樣員工才有可能盡力去完成任務;"領導"的另一層含義是,喜歡人,幫助其解決困難和問題。
Organization and leadership of the Enterprise
    In order to bring every employee's personality into full play, XX has minimized the organizational framework of an enterprise. We are not afraid of reform but initiate reform. The essential regulation is not the shackles but the foundation of enterprise freedom.
    Our mind should be as a whole but not partially; therefore all of our measures should aim for a whole as well.
    Our subsidiaries abroad are managing by themselves and the headquarter will only provide any possible assistant to them when necessary. Meanwhile, we also encourage them through our spirit instead of changing their national beliefs and cultures.
    Leaders-strata should not regard the staff purely as a labor force but a person with personalities. Leaders-strata should provide conditions for their developments according to their capabilities. The definition of "leadership" in XX is: persuade people and trust people. Only by this way the staffs will try their best to complete their tasks. Another meaning for "leadership" is love people and helping them to solve problems and ease difficulties.


光明的前景

    XX的公司文化是特殊的,我們希望將來能夠進一步發展。
    前景是光明而又充滿希望的,沒有人能知道今后的五年會是怎樣,但我們希望XX公司還是能象今天一樣。這也是我們今天編寫這本手冊的原因。這本手冊包含了XX的基本公司理念,并作為新進員工培訓的依據。
    我們有義務保持公司文化,作為公司規章制度向我們的合作伙伴宣傳。同時如果公司理念違背了您的信念,公司同事和我們的合作伙伴都有責任講明。
Bright Prospect
    The company culture of XX is an extra one and we do hope to achieve further development in the future.
    Perspective is bright and full of hopes. Nobody will foresee what happen in the coming five years. However, we hope XX will still remain like today. This is also the reason why we compile this handbook today. This handbook contains the basic Company spirit of XX Group and also is used as the training basis of new employees.
    We have the obligation to keep the culture of the Company and it has become the Group's regulations system that should be publicized to our cooperative partners. Meanwhile, if the spirit of the Company goes against (violates) your faith, both our colleagues and cooperative partners have the duty to make it clear.
